This presentation is a short collection of simple tips on how to avoid the most common errors we see and hear using Zoom and Teams, every day.  Our business is based on directing and recording high quality interviews using web conferencing technology.  When we’re not doing that, we spend a huge number of hours on regular Zoom and Teams calls with customers, prospects and networking, just like everyone else.  Our video production work has taught us a lot about how people interact with these tools.
